Jobsheet does not collect your data. There is no Jobsheet account, no Jobsheet server, and no analytics. Everything you put into the app stays on your iPhone.
Your jobs, line items, prices, customer names and addresses, notes, and every photo you take are written to your iPhone's own storage. They are not uploaded anywhere. There is no Jobsheet account to create and no Jobsheet server to sign in to.
This isn't a policy decision layered on top of the app — it's how the app is built. Jobsheet has no networking code for your job data. That's also why it keeps working in a basement with no signal.
None. The developer does not receive your job data, your photos, your customers' details, or any usage statistics. There is no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software in the app.

Every one of these is optional. Decline any of them and the rest of Jobsheet still works — you can type line items and import photos instead.
A note on dictation: Jobsheet asks iOS to transcribe on your device wherever the hardware supports it. On some older devices Apple's speech recognition may process audio on Apple's servers instead, under Apple's privacy policy. Jobsheet never receives that audio either way.
When you send an estimate or invoice, Jobsheet hands the PDF to the standard iOS share sheet and you choose where it goes — Mail, Messages, Files, or another app. Jobsheet does not send it anywhere on its own, and does not keep a copy outside your iPhone.
Jobsheet Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment; the developer never sees your card details, billing address, or Apple Account. The app only ever asks Apple a yes-or-no question: is this subscription currently active?
Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy. You can view or cancel the subscription in Settings on your iPhone, under your Apple Account.
Jobsheet is a tool for tradespeople and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no information at all, it collects none from children either.
Delete a job in the app and it's gone, along with its photos. Delete the app and everything it stored goes with it. There is no copy held anywhere else, and nothing to request from the developer — because there is nothing held.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export, and delete personal data a company holds about you. Jobsheet holds none, so there is nothing to request. Your data is already entirely in your own hands, on your own device.
This policy is updated before any version ships that changes what happens to your data. If a future version ever adds something that sends data off your iPhone, such as an optional backup, this page will say so before that version is released.
