On your iPhone. There is no Jobsheet account and no Jobsheet server, which is why the app keeps working with no signal. Your jobs travel in your iPhone backup, so keep that turned on.
A photo is sideways in the PDF.
Tap the photo, then Rotate. The change is written into the photo itself, so the PDF and the thumbnail always match.
A photo is attached to the wrong line item.
Tap the photo, then Move, and pick the right one. You can also leave it unfiled — unfiled photos still print, at the end of the document.
Dictation isn't working.
Jobsheet needs both Microphone and Speech Recognition permission. Check Settings › Jobsheet. Dictation is optional; you can always type a line item instead.
How do I change my business details?
Tap the gear on the Jobs screen. Whatever you put there prints at the top of every estimate and invoice.
How do I turn an estimate into an invoice?
Open the job and use the Estimate / Invoice switch at the top of the job screen. The document number and heading change with it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. Cancelling during the free month means you are never charged.
I paid but the app still shows the paywall.
Tap Restore on the paywall. If that doesn't do it, make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account that bought the subscription.
